Which format should I pick?
JPG works everywhere and keeps photos small. PNG keeps sharp edges and transparency, so use it for logos and screenshots. WebP is smaller than both and works on almost every modern website.
ICO is the format for website and Windows icons; Virvla packs several sizes into one file. PDF turns each image into a page you can print or attach.
How to use it
- Drop your images, or choose them.
- Pick the format you want.
- Download each file, or all of them as a ZIP.
Questions
- Are my files uploaded?
- No. The converter runs inside your browser, so your files stay on your device. You can check: open your browser’s developer tools, go to the Network tab and convert something.
- Will I lose quality?
- Converting to PNG keeps every pixel. JPG and WebP compress the image; at the default quality of 90 the difference is very hard to see.
- Is it free?
- Yes. Free pages show a small ad that pays for the site. Pro removes ads and lets you drop more files at once.
